Only sun of the weekend supposedly. So a short ride through the woods over Millbrook to Brog for a cuppa. Took a wrong turn and met a very angry lesbian-farmer-type who shouted at me. You know the sort - all ducks and fluffy animals. "Don't talk to 'im" she yelled at her partner. When I got home I checked the map, and ironically the bridle path went right past the farmyard.

At brog the usual suspects were gathered. Some had been on a bike ride to Cranfield, others had been sail flapping in the sun. Very nice day.

Felt good on the bike, but with the rain traction up the steepest bits in the woods was not there
